Founder - NICK HENDRIX

Nick is an award-winning and RADA-trained actor with 16 years of work across TV, Film and Theatre. Having spent time working across different mediums and with different people he felt it was time to try and create original work and produce some of his own ideas that have bubbled away in his mind over his career.

It was setting up DRIVEN, with photographer and actor Michael Shelford, that gave Nick a taste of producing. Although it was, and is, an automotive journalism company, it gave him first hand experience of producing. Contacting magazines, working with car brands, creating narratives, planning road trips and then the creative exercise of writing articles. All this culminated in some great producing practice.

From there he produced his first short film, COPE written and directed by Anthony Sutcliffe. Principally self-funded, COPE went on to win 8 awards including Best UK Short and Best Performance for Nick. It now has 1.25 million views on YouTube.

Nick's second short, and IRENE's first credit, M/OTHER written by Jessica Ellerby and directed by Andy Twyman is still on the festival circuit but currently has 7 awards under its belt. Once finished it too will be released on Youtube.

And there is more coming.....
